Works as advertised. Have only had it a short time so can't be more specific. So far working well and I really like the programmable features. Additionally, the bottom contact is spring loaded so you are able to point the photo electric cell towards the sun/brightness. Better product than the other light sensors.

Have had other light sensor controls that were just ok. The Westek is a much better choice as they work better than other brands.

it is auto on and off with sun light. i install it outside and it auto adjust on and off with the sunlight.
