The blister packs are mildly annoying, but the trade off is that it keeps the product fresh.

I've had some mild stomach upset with other products, but no problems with this one.

do not advise anyone to deal with this company. The company sent a very bad tablet to me. I did not have enough pills in the tablets, and when I asked them to return the goods they blocked me.
