A perfect book for getting healthy.
I originally bought this book back in 1979 and I still have that first copy. It was great back then and it is still serves me today.
I gave many copies out as Christmas gifts and they love it.

The Mighty Comics Group are a great comic series to collect...
I'm very impressed with what the "Mighty Comics Group" was doing back in the mid 60s. When I look at their comics I see the same type quality as was present with Marvel and DC. I really like their super hero named "the Shield" as well as "Fly Man". They kinda remind your Capitan America and Spider-Man.
I plan to buy more of their issues...
