Very high quality series,worth watching.

Love the characters,love the windswept locations,love the storylines.Douglas Henshall is just right as the cop in charge of a small force of men and women who police the islands off the coast of Scotland.If you liked Broadchurch,Taggart,Unforgotten then you should like this series,not a lot of laughs but well written,acted and addictive.Series 5 has already shown on TV,so that's next on my list.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Tartan Noir at its best!

This is one of the best series in Tartan Noir based on the best-selling books by Ann Cleeves. Dark and wind-swept the Shetland Isles seem to have more than their fair share of murders but leave it to Jimmy Perez to get to the bottom of each and every one. I love this show ( and the books) but haven't seen the first couple of series. Looking forward to watching them.. Excellent actors, plots and scenery!
