Sealey DB04 External External Deburring/Chamfer Tool

My excellent Sealey rod end chamfering tool

I used this tool to externally plunge chamfer the ends of the 8 off x M10 resin anchor studs that retain my new steel security cabinet, which I have bolted to the concrete wall and floor of the building, before fitting the nyloc nuts tightly. The "Sealey" tool has 3 off High Speed Steel cutters fitted. So I decided to run my power drill at a very slow cutting speed RPM to avoid overheating the blades. It would be good to use a cutting fluid/oil/coolant if possible just as if you had chucked a normal HSS twist drill. The chamfers were easily produced and all the nuts were started easily on the threaded studs. I can reccommend this tool as it is fit for purpose and very easy to use on all rod ends within its rod diameter and material operating range.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Does exactly what it says on the tin

Worked really well on every bolt I've tried (M5-M10). Saves a lot if time and frustration deburring manually with a file or similar. You won't regret buying one.
