High end
Highly recommended these tweezers.
More than you or I want to pay for a pair of tweezers but you get what you pay for in this case.
They do the job and do it well.

Slowly slowly catchie monkey
This is not a quick fix product.
The trick is to keep using as recommended (twice a day).
It doesn't kill the fungus directly but stops it in its tracks and allows the healthy nail to continue growing and so doing the affected part of the nail ends up at the tip of the toe where you can snip it off.
My advice is to stick with it, in my case it took six months to clear.

I would recommend measuring your original lock to get the correct dimensions.
