SSB silent springs review
A great investment to tame that reverb spring noise you get in some tremolo equipped guitars.
Have a vintage style Stratocaster that has always suffered from that spring reverb effect caused by tremolo springs transferring unwanted noise and vibration through the guitar body manifesting in overly bright second degree shimmer when chords are strummed.
These did the job very nicely, removing almost completely that spring noise with just the right amount of damping .
As an added feature, they balance very well with the vintage six screw type bridge and allow a much clearer , more defined sound.
Some have said these are are heavier feeling springs but a bit of trem claw adjust will take care of that.
Overall, I would highly recommend the product .

ssb silent springs - simple but very effective
been a gigging guitarist since aged 16 in 1974, pro and semi pro..these springs totally silence the excess mechanical vibrato noise experienced even on fender custom shop models..great invention since the stat in 1954.... a "must have" upgrade for any stratocaster of floyd rose style trem system. a bonus is that it gives the arm a more balanced travel..hank marvin would love it.kudosVollständige Rezension lesen...

These babies do the job
Bought a lovely Ibanez Kiko signature guitar, perfect in every way but one. That is the springs on the back of the trem (zero 2) working like an old spring reverb unit at certain frequencies. So I bought these little babies and stuck them in. Totally stopped the reverb effect. I was worried it might also stop the trem flutter that I love to use, but it didn't, so a total win. Just the job
Excellent, more tension than the others I replaced but do the job brilliantly. I used to get a ring on the E 1st string C note and had used tissue in the back to dampen it but now, no more tissue. Noisless Springs, Does the job
This is the second set I have orderd was so impressed with first set had to get another one for my other stratocaster. Would highly recomend these springs.

Good upgrade.

Absolutely perfect
Does what it says on the tin, perfectly eliminates unwanted spring noise, a bit of a tight fit for my guitar, but I got them in and it works great

Excellent SSB Floyd Rose Bridge Springs.
Excellent SSB, Noiseless Springs upgrade......and yes no noise. This is improtant when recording.
Overall, good value and well made, all I needed.

Excellent Springs, Great Price.
Excellent product, these springs are completely noiseless and easy to install. I installed them in an Ibanez with their floating bridge system and am delighted with the result.
