Great value British voiced speaker
Great replacement speaker for British voiced combo amps. It’s not voiced to be a clone of the Celestion Greenback though it does have that sweet midrange complexity you find in a Greenback . No harsh upper mids or treble, highly recommended and we’ll made speaker.

Celestion T5987 Midnight
For a speaker that is relatively inexpensive, this performs exceptionally well .
It has a fairly tight bass response, very musical midrange and a clear but not overtly shrill top end that allows it to cut through the mix in a very musical way.
Maybe not the best choice for bedroom players but more than up to the task of a good live speaker choice for those who use smaller combo amps where you need that bit of midrange prescence to get you heard.
Nice and light too. Highly recommended.
