P10 Headgear:
I only recommend this product citing I have not been able to locate a suitable replacement by another manufacturer and this one needs significant improvement in design/manufacturing. These begin to noticeably stretch out within a couple of weeks of use and are due for replacement within two months. This is a known problem but there must be a patent precluding others from manufacturing aftermarket replacements. Airfit p10 headgear
Glad to be able to get this replacement headgear. Too bad that I needed it because the original that came with my cpap machine is of poor quality. It's an item I need to use every night and considering the costs associated with Air10 cpap machines, this should be either of better quality or priced cheaply enough that replacing it is not a difficult choice.Vollständige Rezension lesen

It works but over priced
This is basically an overpriced headband where the medical industry is raping the poor. Prices range from $20 to $50 depending on the medical supply store you find.
They could easy be made in China for pennies and be sold for for no more than $5 each.

Expensive elastic!
Thirty bucks for a piece of elastic is a bit high. There must be some way to replace the headband on the P10 nasal pillow but it is not obvious so I stepped up and ordered an entire new unit from Amazon. I may find a use for this one but I could not take a chance on damaging my current and only P10, I still need to sleep.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Must have it for pillow Mask
These are a must have for the resmed P10 pillow mask, But they don't last very long.
In reality this is and should be a $10 object. I cant believe what they charge for these.
I think its a price gouged product because insurance company's pay for them in most
cases. Cant wait for some company to get on board and start making after market or
knock offs of these. Its only a matter of time and they will. Like prescription meds there
needs to be a generic brand of these at about 1/10 th the cost. But if you need a CPAP

P10 headgear
Product has a design flaw. Weak elasticity which with care will allow the product last maybe 6 months. They even give two clips to stretch the headgear. Bands have to go in back. I'd you are a back sleeper, you have a problem.
As with any "medical" device price is excessive.
The problem is if you have this particular gear, you are stuck with the headband.
Really like the pillow and it's light weight. Just think the manufacturer could do a much better job on the headband. After all, without the headband the product is worthless.

Best product
The real deal resumed head strap. My husband is very happy. I ordered another brand thinking it would be fine but it was troublesome from the start. I now only purchase the real quality head strap.

CPAP parts

Not the same as the photo
I'm returning this item because what I received is not the adjustable type as the photo implies. It is a simple headband that you can get three for the same price.
