Build quality is good, usability not so good.

1) It does not come with the actual sync/charger disc and installing it in this device will take a long time.
2) When you think You've turned it on, you're sadly disappointed the next morning to find that your watch hasn't charged. I guess you have to press the power button to make it work?
3) Requires a micro/usb cable, not a lightning cable. Would been nice to carry one cable instead of two.
4) It is a little heavy feeling, I hope the successors are lighter weight.

Perfect for cars without steering controls
I installed this on my 2005 Ford F150XL and paired it with a Sony XAV-AX100 car stereo. For me (an I.T. guy and HAM radio operator) it was easy to install. For my stereo I bought a cheap steroe-phono cable and used the three conductors as you would for any serial connection (Ground/tx/rx). Now in this case, the wires are labeled as common, key1,key2. Same principle.
Anyways, It works, you'll be able to control the radio, answer calls, and switch from Car-Play to radio, all with the push of a button.
