Best Remote Money Can Buy
Runs everything well with no line of site, and never obsolete. Also unlike previous harmony remotes, this one is built better so far less likely to have buttons go bad in the future during use.

Amazing remote that pretty much controls all your items that use a remote. It can be a little buggy at times but for the most part it makes things a little easier. Makes your life easy if you have older parents.
Great remote. Once programmed it will give you peace of mind that your parents won't be calling every ten minutes when the can't turn on the TV.

Awkward remote

Logitech Makes the Best Remotes
Although the initial setup was a little difficult, the customer technical support was excellent. Now that it is setup, I can add new equipment on my own through Logitech's online software. Makes it fun to navigate your surround sound system
Bought this to replace an older Harmony 1000. The Ultimate is much more comprehensive. Once you figure out what everything does, it's a joy to program and use. The programming menus could sometimes be more intuitive, but once you dive in to configure everything, it works really well. We have a TV with equipment hidden behind a door, effortlessly controls and switches between our BluRay, Apple TV, Cable TV, terrestrial TV, built in smart TV and Onkyo receiver. I like my new remote... the only problem I have is that I have several of them and at times it seems like they interfere with one another... but overall a very good remote.

One remote to rule them all
Can program all your AV devices and smart home devices with this remote. The setup will take some time, but once you have it set up it works really well. You can create activities to program a bunch of devices to do specific things in a specific order which is really great for turning on all AV devices.
