Walk aerobics dvd.

Absolutely loving this dvd. Two workouts. I started off doing the 2 mile walk for a couple of weeks and really found it quite a good start. I'm very outdoor active but with the weather we have been having really needed something to do inside. Even though I do a lot of walking its not like the power walking you do on this dvd. 10 minute solutions

10 minute workouts done on a regular basis can be beneficial, try one workout, three workouts or do the lot. I have been using this dvd for many years now and just purchased another for a friend of mine and best of all you can do these exercises in the comfort of your own home. A Great DVD on Kettlebell

There aren't a lot of DVDs on Kettlebell workouts. So this was a good buy. I have only started using it. So far so good. The moves are all explained well as well as the right posture.
