1 von 1 finden das hilfreich 10 minute workouts done on a regular basis can be beneficial, try one workout, three workouts or do the lot. I have been using this dvd for many years now and just purchased another for a friend of mine and best of all you can do these exercises in the comfort of your own home. Give it a go I highly recommend it!!
