I think this one's gonna last
When an ice storm took out the stamped-metal holder I've flown my flag on for the past few years, I started looking for one that would last. This one's heavy aluminum, adjustable for angle, and while I've only had it a short time, I expect it'll do its job well for years. Better than anything I've seen in the stores. Not much thought put into the design of this style flag mount.
This bracket has tiny mounting holes and plastic wallboard anchors not fit for hanging a picture.
Have fun trying to mount on face brick! Not enough room to enlarge holes to 1/4 inch without destroying the bracket. And if you could, they would not line up with the mortar joints.
I drilled 2 new holes at the top and bottom of the center line and filled the gap behind the bracket with washers. So far, so good.
Don't use it for anything larger than a 2.5 x 4 ft flag. My previous one broke on a windy day.Vollständige Rezension lesen

This heavy duty flag pole holder is very worthy of holding up to the strong desert winds here in Nevada. I love the adjustable feature it has. Well made item.

One of the best!!
The holder is made from cast aluminium. Once you lock it in position , it will not move. I am using it to hold a airport windsock with a 36 inch aluminum pole. It is a super buy.

took forever to ship , made of good material, when wind blows the wing nut works lose and flag n pole end up pointed at ground..... maybe should add a lock washer?? already took it down after 1 day and replaced it with something else .. oh um 6'2" 275 so um not a wimp when it comes to tightening something and i work constructionVollständige Rezension lesen

Easy, usable, but not very strong.
Easy to use. Strong locking grip. Brittle though. Had one snap like a twig with not a lot of weight and pressure. Overall good, but not as tough as it looks.
