Not much thought put into the design of this style flag mount.
This bracket has tiny mounting holes and plastic wallboard anchors not fit for hanging a picture.
Have fun trying to mount on face brick! Not enough room to enlarge holes to 1/4 inch without destroying the bracket. And if you could, they would not line up with the mortar joints.
I drilled 2 new holes at the top and bottom of the center line and filled the gap behind the bracket with washers. So far, so good.
Don't use it for anything larger than a 2.5 x 4 ft flag. My previous one broke on a windy day.
