Strong Adhesive Heavy Duty Double Sided Foam Mounting Tape Pads

Not suitable for heavy loads in hot environments

Exceptionally sticky and flexible (which can lead to handling problems!) but for my proposed application, a plastic coat hook with a 50mm flat round back which I wanted to install in my motorhome, it failed in use after a very short period. The load applied was small... just a fleece jacket, but the vehicle got warm, about 25C, and the hook just peeled away as the adhesive softened. I would imagine that this product could work adequately in any situation where strong adhesion and light loading were necessary, documents, maps, fabrics etc ... but not if the temperature rose too far or the item were moderately heavy.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Extremely difficult to use and 29cms is lost at roll end

just over 29cms is lost of the tape as it is STUCK fast to the cardboard role when you get to the end of the roll. Sticks to scissors when cutting and also sticks to your fingers and is not easy to remove off of the scissors and your fingers. When you try and unstick your fingers from the tape, the tape stretches and is useless. Sometimes the protective paper strip on the double side does not tear away properly and rips which tears the sticky tape and stretches it. Wasted most of the tape trying to use it to stick Fly/Mosquito nets to my windows. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TAPE, ITS USELESSVollständige Rezension lesen

Double sided foam tape

Bought this tape to mount my number plates on my car. On application the tape seamed quite sticky, but after a few days the tape would not hold at the edges of my number plate. It didn't take much effort to pull off the plates off .when I purchased the tape it was advertised as heavy duty tape, which it is definitely not .So I purchased​ a different mounting tape for a few pounds more which has been far superior , my l plates are now secure .Vollständige Rezension lesen

Sticks strong , but messy.

This tape is very messy to use. It is thick. and very sticky on both sides but the quality it not so good. Tends to stick immediately, no chance to readjust. Leaves a messy sticky residue when removed. I tried to use it for card making but gave up in the end, its just not " subtle" enough ( if that's the right word) for crafting.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Lightweight double sided foam tape

Good value general purpose tape, but I would rate it for gentle indoor use and not rugged outside use. Both surfaces must be very smooth and spotlessly clean (use a non-oilbased solvent such as IPA). Must also both be absolutely dry and, I suspect, not less than 10 degs.C

lasted a week

stuck on number plate ok, remained there for about a week then fell off, used about 5 full length strips, and cleaned both sides. just doesnt seem tough enough for this application.

Sitcky Tape Sticks Stuff Well

The item was easy to use. It peeled easily from the backing and stuck well to the item I wanted to hang. Have used it on several photo frames and they remain stuck to the wall, unlike some other tape I have used before.

You get two items for free so I had enough to use for my items.

I found it easy to measure the item first and then place the tape on the photo frame, any excess was cut off. I would, however, recommend you clean the cutting tool you use before cutting more of the tape as I found the scissors hard to use, until I cleaned them.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Good value tape

I couldn't find this product in the hardware store so was impressed by the price of this roll of tape.

Strong adhesive - so does the job - However the product could have scored more highly overall, but I was very disappointed with the backing paper which did not come off clean and made removal of backing tape a real pain in the butt.
