Great sharpener--wish I had found it earlier. Still missing the Panasonic KP-4A, though, for size and all else.
So far this sharpener has worked well for me, for colored pencils and for graphite. I do like the sharp and long point, though have noticed that if you want a sharp point you must set it for the longest point--otherwise, the end of the "lead" is blunt. It is easy to work with in all ways. By the way, if you have difficulty changing from one pencil size to the other, remember that it only turns one way--to the left (sinister!). The only question I have is that it was apparently supposed to come with a wall plug to charge up the batteries, which mine did not have--I charged them via the computer.Vollständige Rezension lesen

This sharpener does exactly what it says. The point is long and pointed, and it has 2 size holes for thicker or thinner pencils. Be sure to be aware that it will grind up a pencil fairly fast so pencil extenders will be good to have on hand, I only use this for my color pencils and let my grand-kids know that it is off limits. I thought this was expensive, but I have spent all most as much for so called artists pencil sharpeners. I have spent over a hundred dollars trying to get the results that this sharpener has.
