Great sharpener--wish I had found it earlier. Still missing the Panasonic KP-4A, though, for size and all else.
So far this sharpener has worked well for me, for colored pencils and for graphite. I do like the sharp and long point, though have noticed that if you want a sharp point you must set it for the longest point--otherwise, the end of the "lead" is blunt. It is easy to work with in all ways. By the way, if you have difficulty changing from one pencil size to the other, remember that it only turns one way--to the left (sinister!). The only question I have is that it was apparently supposed to come with a wall plug to charge up the batteries, which mine did not have--I charged them via the computer.
