Electrical plug with switch

This is a handy item to have and has multiple uses. It can be used to operate any device that has an extension cord but lacks an integral switch. For example, I use one to operate a potable lamp and another to operate a battery charger. The one from Powtech seems to be well made and is rated at 15 amp capacity. Perfect control of lights

This is the perfect solution to lights on a fountain. The fountain is on a timer to go on in the morning and off late at night. Could not see having the colored lights on all day when they can't be seen, so this was the perfect solution. Press the button in the morning to turn off lights, while fountain continues to run and press again in the evening to turn lights on.

Quality and good price.

My sub pulls 6 watts even while off, I could unplug it every time or have a convenient lighted switch. The switch is the way to go!

Simple But Handy

For what it is, it's great. We were unplugging a stereo system to turn it off (on a high shelf) and I knew the wear and tear wasn't good for it. This worked perfectly.

these are great

We use them for Christmas lights. Instead of trying to find the wall socket in the dark to plug in the lights we just flip the red switch on top.
