Sharp best quality knife
There are no "cons" on this knife. What can I say but Cold Steel are the best knives ever. I've been using my chef's knife daily for 3 1/2 years & it's still perfect. Recommend !

Makes very pretty shortbread
I love traditional Scottish shortbread and this makes lovely bars. Metal is good strength. I use this often and am very happy with it.

They are OK
The shape is good but the metal is so stiff my fingers got sore before I finished hulling the strawberries. With a pair of pliers I was able to close the gap a bit so they work some better. Just So-so.
