Screwdriver magnetizer/demagnetizer.
How I managed without one of these baffles me. In the past I used to magnetise my screwdrivers using an old speaker magnet which was impractical and cumbersome but now that's all changed. Now I simply put my driver shaft in the magetizer and follow the inner contour, a few turns and it's done. The magnetic effect on the driver head is really strong too. It's surprising the weight you can lift.
Having used mine for a month I'm buying a couple more. One for my 2nd toolbox and one for my workmate to stop him borrowing mine.
