Zuma Deluxe Actually
The ad and package say Zuma but it turned out to be Zuma Deluxe.
No biggie tho.
Its still a great old game and very good quality.

Finally found it!
I don't know that I liked the price at all. BUT, I've been looking for the CD version of this game for literally years, ever since Pop Games removed it from their product list, so am very glad to have it.
