Bought this to paint over some old and unsightly sapele doors to give them a new lease of life. It took two coats of Zinsser BIN to cover them in preparation for the final coat of gloss. Zinsser Bin

This odour blocker is, in my opinion, the best on the market. I'd put some "old" emulsion on my ceiling which stank. After giving it 2 more coats of new emulsion the smell was still there and acting on the advice of a decorator I put on 1 coat of Zinsser Bin and then a further coat of emulsion. Perfect result !!! Block it…BIN it

There are different versions of the Zinsser stain block/ primer-sealer but for a situation where a robust product is required then this is the one. Works a treat but do ventilate.

Covers & blocks stains prior to painting. Best used when it's not hot or humid otherwise difficult to paint with!
