A great tool for musicians looking to get good multitrack recordings without breaking the bank.
I use the Zoom H6 with the EXH-6 dual XLR capsule to record my bands’ live performances and honestly can’t imagine why anyone would consider another product for this purpose. You won’t find another 6 track recorder of this quality close to this price range. Some might take issue with the lack of phantom power from the EXH-6 but, I use one channel for vocals from the PA and the other for bass guitar from a DI, leaving 4 channels on the H6 with phantom power if needed. Adds 2 extra microphone inputs.

Just the job to expand your recording scope.
Whilst the Zoom “6” does indeed provide 6 channel recording capability, having the choice to substitute 2 separate source mics for the ambient stereo pair is a greatly desirable add on and well worth the investment. Great for 6 host for Podcast

Great Addition to a Zoom H6!
It's a great way to get two extra mic/line inputs with the H6, and the fact that it's part of a modular system means you're not just stuck with one option!
