A fun little guitar to keep around

The guitar is absolutely a lot of fun to play. I tuned the guitar a full step down to make it easier on my granddaughters fingers. It stays in tune. The tone? It is what it is. It's a small guitar. Good things come in small sizes

We bought this for a 10 year old with small hands. But granddad loved the feel and sound of it enough to consider “swapping” it with his vintage Gibson. High Quality Guitar

It has a beautiful sound!! This may be made for kids, but just as described- it's not a toy!! It's a high quality instrument.

Great Guitar

Very good sound for a small guitar. I put extra light strings by martin and it sounds great. You have to fret the top string lightly to get correct intonation but this is common for most small guitars. It is easy to play for adults and youth. I would buy another if needed. Good for young beginners and a travel guitar

Yamaha makes a fine guitar for the price, even if you bought it new. An excellent choice for young beginners with the 3/4 scale. Not bad for a travel guitar, either. The tone is a little tinty, but it’s to be expected with a smaller scale guitar and the very light and silky strings I used. I took it to a guitar tech and adjusted the neck for even better comfort. great for kids

got this for 5 year old granddaughter and it's a really good size for a first guitar for her, and has all the details of a full sized one.

Great sound and easy to play

Thanks so much for such a quick response. Needed something smaller to try and learn on before using my bigger guitar. I'm senior citizen and trying to teach an old horse new tricks!!! :)

I love it!!!

It's a better size for me even though I'm an adult. The sound is GREAT!! It's shocking how well it stays in tune.

Good for a child with small hands to learn on. Somewhat useable as a travel guitar.
