Solid performer

I've been using a Xerox Phaser in my office for over a decade beginning with the 8400. The print speed and quality is second to none. The printer is price just right ($500-600) to buy new when it needs technical support, and that is a rarity. I say that because a service call may run you $150 or more. A simple repair including parts can set you back $350. So a couple hundred dollars more and you have a new printer that comes with a new maintenance kit and a few cubes of ink. That alone is worth $150. Yes, consumables are expensive. Be ready for a sticker shock. Great Printer, Slow Warm Up

This is a fantastic printer.

Very fast, great output quality

The only con is it takes several minutes (~5) to warm up from sleep mode.
