Childhood hero

I loved this movie in the theater and hoped to use it in my teaching.
The DVD does not function and there is a crack in the center ring, even though I opened the package for the first time and was marked new. Please advise on how to return it.

Wonderful movie - must see!
This is a wonderful video about a terrific human being. What we need in America now and in the world today are more people like Fred Rogers. Every parent and parent to be should see this movie. Fred Rogers, I Never Knew You
Just watched the film "It's A Beautiful Day In The Neighborhood". Didn't expect to be crying through half the movie. A bitter, angry young journalist is sent to interview Rogers. Fred saves this young man's "emotional life".
So, I had to buy this documentary that was made the year before. I was 12 or 13 when I first saw his show. I didn't understand this strange man. An ordained minister who never talks about God succeeds at making little kids feel better about themselves. Due to this documentary I was able to see the real man and understand
