Window wiper adapter fix

T-4Runner Rear Wiper Solution
A needed solution for replacing rear wiper blades on a gen3 Toyota 4Runner.
Once this adapter is mounted on the original wiper arm, it allows a standard 13" wiper blade to be easily installed, rather then the expensive Toyota exclusive dealership replacement.
