I have not used the spreader yet but there was a couple of minor irritations with the otherwise easy assembly.
1/ the top handle seemed an unduly tight fit in the bottom two uprights.
2/the small plastic black measuring handle was too tight a fit on the bright rectangular piece.

Great Product

For years I spread my weed & feed by hand and whilst it did the job I certainly used far more than necessary. The spreader does a great job of regulating the feed onto the grass. Very useful and good quality!

Quite easy to assemble and very useful for spreading 'weed and feed' evenly on lawn. You can adjust the dispenser to dispense different quantities. Very comparable with more well known brands.

Lawn spreader

Used the spreader today on a dry day, with Westland lawn sand . The holes where set at the correct setting of 3 yet the holes kept blocking up and I had to kick the unit to dislodge the sand allowing the sand to flow out. Let's hope the results in two weeks are okVollständige Rezension lesen

Yes it is a lightweight but the main feature isn’t working for me, the easy setting rates.

Having problems with the rate of dropping lawn sand, it drops far too much. I have emailed Westland and not had a reply.
Because of the dropping rate I will have problems putting down the lawn sand, which is a moss killer and feed. Vollständige Rezension lesen

Does the job!

Easy to put together and as described- made light work of feeding/reseeding the lawn. Good value as came with a large bag of feed/seed.
