Almost airtight!

This protector is the real deal. Zipper all around, for easy washing and putting over duvets. The fabric is soft on the outside, like a towel. It is 100 water proof and I think also air tight, except for the zipper part. Should definitely keep the dust mites out. The bad thing is that the duvet tends to slide around a lot inside the cover, and it makes the whole thing quite heavy to move around. But great quality for the price!Vollständige Rezension lesen...

Unable to use:(

I purchased the protector for my mum who has some incontinence issues along with mobility problems & loss of balance. The feel of the protector is fine, soft & not ‘rustly’, but when the duvet is zipped inside, due to the waterproof interior, it is almost impossible to keep it in place. Mum tried it for 2 nights but each night the duvet slipped all the way to the bottom leaving her very cold in the night. She lives alone & doesn’t have the strength or ability to try to redistribute the duvet within the protector, although even for the able bodied this is not that easy. Unfortunately this was a waste of £28.50 :(

Don't Like the All Round Zipp

Nice product - except for the all round zpp. I bought this second 2000x2000 duvet cover as I already had another one but as I put my wife back to bed for a couple of hours after toilet and mini breakfast, I sometimes need a second replacement one if there has been an accident overnight. I have cracked quick change with duvet covers and one zip along one edge - drag the duvet inside and attach at corner using big crocodile clips - but I cannot work out how to use this all round zip which unhelpfully starts in the middle. So I use it as the morning spare with the duvet cover then the duvet loose on top. Works but not ideal.Vollständige Rezension lesen...

Bought it for my Mum who has dementia.Able to keep her bed linen clean and when it is soiled , just throw it into the washing machine

Well worth the money!!

I take hormone pills and i send my duvet to the cleaners because of sweats every couple of months. This is comftable to sleep under and will save me a lot of dry cleaning bills.
