Resurrected!!

Washer clutch

Fixed my 20 year old washer that had quit spinning on high. Wasn't terribly difficult to change. Just looking at the old one kind of made me wonder if it was really bad. But it was and now its all good.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Good clutch, good value, but ...

Installed the clutch today in an 8-year old full-sized Whirlpool. The washer is working fine again, so the clutch is good. Time will tell, but it looks to be good workmanship, so should have a normal life.

The "but": The brake actuating lever is not correct for my machine. I had to use the old one, which was in decent shape. The new one is 1/4" higher and will not allow the transmission to fully seat for bolting up, due to the lever arm bottoming out in the clutch.Vollständige Rezension lesen
