Little FEAT!
I've owned "Waiting for Columbus" on a LP master disc (serial numbered) since the late 1970's. I wanted a CD so I could take the music on the road with me. I purchased this CD and I have not been disappointed in the least. Road Trip with some great hits! Vollständige Rezension lesen

Great find
I loved this album back in the day, and I love it now. For those who like longer Jammin'-style instrumental breaks, this is an album you should have. I like shorter ones, but when they sing, II'm in Heaven. Especially love Dixie Chicken and Fat Man in the Bathtub. Great album, though incomplete
One of the best live albums of all time, well recorded and the band really shines - even considering the overdubs done later. So why the 3 stars? This version not only eliminates "Don't Bogart" and "Apolitcal Blues" to fit on one CD, other sins from the 2LP version exist such as fading "Spanish Moon" before the end and fading in "Willin'" after applause. Good music from a good live band
Because of cd time allotment 2 songs from the original records had to be deleted, still its a very good not great 1970s band in a decent live setting...

Great live recording of this unique band.
Great album. This is the one CD version, which omits 2 songs from the original double LP album, in order to fit on one CD. There are some 2 CD versions floating around out there that include these omitted songs plus some bonus material. But I am happy to own what I have.
