A Fascinating Series

This is for a Christmas gift for my brother. He was young when Victory at Sea was on TV. I remember the series was fascinating. He has taken an interest in World War11 now, and I told him about this program. I told him I would buy it for him for Christmas. So I haven't opened it at all. I remember this program on TV many years ago. Should be required viewing for all High School and later Students! those who do not know and understand their history are condemned to relive it!

Glad to have the series on DVD. Used to watch these in school a very long time ago. Now I can watch them again with my father in law.

As always, Victory at Sea is the best! No History Channel anachronisms! Mr. Rodgers' music and Mr. Graves narration always stir the patriotic heart!

Wonderful series from WW2. My Dad and all my uncles served in the armed forces and this reminds me of when I was a kid watching the show on TV. Excellent.
