Nothing But the BEST of Prince!

Was excited to receive this CD!! I love all the songs!! I know them ALL, and so I can just let it play, and play over and over! I listen to it in my car and when I'm doing house cleaning. I also am going to be ordered another one for my sister as a Christmas present. Honestly this CD has the Best of the BEST of Prince and you wouldn't be disappointed with the songs on this CD! Remembrance

Very Best of Prince CD 2001

Great CD--I love it and so does my daughter. I decided to buy it because my daughter really liked a song she heard once, it was called "Raspberry Beret", and I discovered she had downloaded it. I asked her if she knew any other songs by Prince, and she wasn't sure. So I bought this CD to introduce more cool songs by him. It has a great selection of songs, varied in his styles from pop to rock. I told my daughter about his Jimi Hendrix influence (we live in Seattle, actually in Renton, about a mile from where Jimi is buried) and Jimi's influence on my life was very prominent. I always thought of Prince as a very diverse and successful musician, and think he's one of the greatest guitar players of my generation, and of all time. Sometimes I feel like he is overlooked. My daughter now likes him as well, and appreciates him for what he really is, not just a pop star from the 80's.
