Delivery excellent, goods less so.

The order was processed and delivered promptly.
When I opened the package I found that many of the packs of cut fibre had come open and I had to pick all the strands out and put them in a bag.
That done I began work, only to find that the strands were too short to knot in the pack I had selected. I checked the other packs of that colour and found that while most were 60 mm long, at least two were 54 mm and the one I had started was only 45 mm and unusable.
This is poor quality control at best, and I can only hope that there will be sufficient material to complete the rug - especially if I find similar problems in other colours.
