Fan of this classic

This movie is great in sound and picture...just as i remember! Great classic country soundtrack which i also want to get as i am a fan of classic country. I would highly recommend getting the movie. If you have never seen it, you should! Great love story and awesome music.

Came in perfect playing condition. Brings back the memories of seeing it originally in the theater. Lets you see the stars when they were considerably younger. Very entertaining movie, that plays perfectly, was a great deal, and delivered before the "due date".Vollständige Rezension lesen...

By good old DVDs and find a cabin!

I like old movies 🎬 on DVD, where my cabin has no wifi, cable, or internet, I have found a good DVD player that keeps me entertained!

You can absolutely tell that Roadhouse was influenced by this movie. But I genuinely love it

Classic!

So engaging. Great character and storyline development. Excellent actors. I'd watch it for the music alone. Has to be in anyone's collection.

Urban Cowboy

I grew up in the 1970's-1980's, I was 10 when this movie came out, and thought wow, excellent movie! It had everything I was lookin' for in a movie, drama that goes with people who attend bars. Gilley's, the world's largest Honky-Tonk, located in Texas, was named after EPIC recording musician/actor/night club owner Mickey Gilley. Famous for his renditions of cover tunes packed with a few hits of his own. Mickey Gilley had a cameo appearance in the movie. To me it was more than a cameo it was more like 45 minutes. John Travolta, and Debra Winger are the main characters of Urban Cowboy. John Travolta (Bud Davis) and Debra Winger (Sissy) meet at Gilley's, and marry at Gilley's. Musician's Johnny Lee, Bonnie Raitt, and The Charlie Danials band make cameo's in the movie as well. So, saddle up and ride the bull, dance the Two-Step, and sip a cool one, and find yourself a good ole Urban Cowboy! The movie is rated PG for parental guidance.
