Spectacular game with a few minor issues

Anyone who enjoys a good slasher movie will love this game. Great voice acting, plot and characters. If you enjoy being scared, there are certainly some terrifying moments. I the butterfly effect is lots of fun, even if the key paths of the game do not change.

The key complaint is that the mechanics are clunky at best. It can be annoying, but does not detract from the flow of the game.

You can also beat it in less than 8 hours. Not an epic RPG for sure. Great buy, torch, sell.

Ok 'game', Good movie

I feel its a bit of a stretch to really call this a game. Yes, graphics are good and story is interesting but for the most part you are watching things unfold versus being an active participant. They occasionally give you a 'choice' of options where you have to set the direction for your character/game but its limited and almost seems like it could go along just fine without you.

Fun game, slightly dissapointed

The selling point of the game is that "every character can die". Unfortunately, some of them have incredibly strong plot armour which denies them their death until very later on. The story line will not change if characters die, which is the most dissapointing part.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Cool game!

Normally I like adventure type games (tomb raider, uncharted, assassins creed, etc.), but I was looking for something me and my wife could play together. I stumbled upon this game by chance, and after some snooping around the reviews, I wanted to check it out. We are totally into it, and its a lot of fun to play with someone else. Its more like an interactive 'movie' than a game. All the characters voices and likenesses are actually real, well known actors. It also has some cool extra-features, like the 'making of' and interviews with the actors. Its a little slow going, but some how you get drawn into it like a good scary movie! We even skipped our normal evening tv shows, just so we could play this game! Its only about 10 hours long, but this game you can play many times, and it will never be the same game. Great game

Game was fun, definitely worth the $10 I paid for it. Controls are clunky, more of a storytelling game for the most part where your choices make a difference in the narration.

Until Dawn

This game has one twisted story plot that M. Night Shamylan wishes he would've created.

The graphics are amazing, as well as the story itself, and how well every turn goes, regardless of the direction you choose to orchestrate.

This is one game that you will want to play over and over again, just to try and achieve a different ending, or save that one character that was lost in the chaos of the game's creator's take on the butterfly effect, as it comes to life before your eyes, and all I can describe it as is: hell on earth.

Be God, Jesus, or The Devil himself, as you determine the fate of nine friends, who thought this would only be another party that they would probably forget by sunrise...until they found out what is hiding in the mountains, the caves...and even within their own circle of friends.

I give this Survival Horror game a 10/10! I have not played a game remotely like this in fucking years, and it's a roller coaster ride to hell and back, and over again! I have played it at least five times through and have yet to experience every ending!

Check it out! You will not regret it.

This game has great replay value. Definitely recommend if you love sorry driven games or horror games.
