A good way to simplify a remote control

Disappointing
I am struggling to programme this new remote for my relative who has Dementia.
Despite following the instructions enclosed, it is not as simple as they make out.
I am not sure if there is a comptability issue with the old remote control.
Very disappointed with this product.

Easy to programme and use
Bought this for my elderly Mum, was easy to programme 6 buttons from old remote. She found it much easier to use the big buttons.

Universal TV remote for elderly/seniors.
Bought this for my mother who suffers from dementia. Very simple to use and not as confusing as the original remote, having far fewer buttons.

Took a couple of attempts at programming but I think that was me rather than the instructions. Grant substitute remote for those who get confused with all the buttons on original remotes

My Mother in Law got new tv, to many buttons on remote, got this one for her, problem solved. Took a little time to program, but well worth the effort.
