Don't feed the gorilla.
Using the gorilla with a student regarding an object lesson. The book is, 'Letters from Grandpa." It addresses practical solutions in dealing with life situations that children and adults are faced with. This Grandfather discourages negative behaviors and the use of Christian coping skills. The grandfather reminds his grandchildren not to feed the gorilla ie negative behaviors such as name calling, lying etc
Make tiny felt bananas with negative behaviors and have the student identify what they are "feeding the gorilla."

Baby Congo is the perfect little guy to keep hold of my GPS while I'm driving. I didn't want to pay a lot of money for bean bag type holders. This one works great and he's fun to look at.
