EXCELLENT

Love this video. I have been using it with my rehab classes. Even the ones who have been injured can do most the modifications. It is up-beat and fun. You will sweat a lot too.

Right paced

I love dancing as exercise so this video does just that. I can keep up feeling as though I'm not doing much but sweat it out.

Get Movin'

This is actually too fast paced for me right now but I think it will be fine once I get all the moves down. I have other Turbo Jam DVDs and really enjoy them.
