Good Product, good price
A good product with everything required to upgrade from the older style adaptor to this. Reasonale easy to fit as well with clear instructions.

Easy fitting
Got this to replace the existing old pump housing as it looks much better design. It was really easy to fit with full instructions. More secure in pump housing when in use and has a sleek design.

Truma Replacement Water Inlet Housing
Having accidentally broken the door flap on the existing water inlet on my caravan, I looked around the internet to find a replacement housing and found this kit which allowed me to replace the pistol grip as well which was also broken. I ordered the kit from Caratech, they had the best price and free delivery. It arrived when they said it would, was easy to fit, works perfectly and is of super quality. Save on Flters , if you dont use the water for drinking, and use bottled instead, this is for you, I had to buy on Ebay a1mmSTAINLESS STEEL plate ot cover tha big hole left for the old Carver Crystal housing, I drilled screwed and mastic taped in the plate, but I first cut out the hole in it with a 65mm hole cutter so you will have to clamp the plate down ( just incase it spins) to save you from harm, you may not have to do this if your aperture is ok, I have just got to cut some thick polystyren to cover the inside of the housing.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Great upgrade
My old Crystal 2 water connection was worn and so difficult to get a decent electrical contact despite regular cleaning and adjustment. This was a simple and easy upgrade and is a much better connection.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Good idea but a bit flimsy. Fixing centres not aligned with old model
Good service from the the supplier.
Allowed me to recycle my old Truma pump. Relatively easy to do but its a bit flimsy . Note that the fixing hole centres for the plate are not the same as the old model so check the size of the cut out behind the old plate to see if it will fit.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Good product
A well made product. Easy to install. The UltraFlow pump connection is easier to connect than the older Crystal ii system.
Mastic sealing strip also required during fitting.

Good conversion kit
After losing the flap off my water inlet I realised I needed to upgrade this old van. This conversion kit is ideal, easy to fit and meant I could use my original pump if required.

Water socket conversion kit
This is an excellent product and easy to install the only issue I had was that it was slightly smaller than mine which meant it was a little tricky screwing it back together

Good easy upgrade
Pretty easy to fit. Everything that you need to fit it is included. Has enabled me to have a permanent water supply from a tap.
