Over 25 years ago Tron was made. For its time the special effects were great and not so.The plot was right on the dot regarding video gaming in arcades. Jeff Bridges plays the part of a brilliant video game maker but disappears one day. Nobody has a clue where he has gone,unsuspecting completely that he has been digitised into his newest game,once inside the game he is forced to play . Again because of when this film 'TRON"was made the effects were tied to the ability of computers. The story was completely upto date,a fresh sci-fi movie.
Tron Legacy is the sequel.20 years have passed since his father vanished,upon talking to a family friend the son makes sense of a digital signal and proceeds to venture into the 'game' the game is a stand alone. Once inside the son finds the world left to its own devises is violent and forbidding. Will he meet his father 'FLYN' or will he have to fight the greatest good versus evil game in history. Stunning

I am a Tron fan since I was child watching on VHS. I love the concept and cyberpunk aspect. Plus like the original Tron, Legacy is visually as impressive like revolutionary graphics of Kray 1.

Enjoyable for all.

Watched this with my 7 year old son without having seen the original. As he grows and matures it's sometimes hard to find movies that are just right for him but he really enjoyed this one.

Grandsons favourite film. Arrived earlier than expected. Just in time for weekend sleepover.
