Good quality. Certainly takes time to learn to use. The metal blade hits the cement of the sidewalk and it certainly makes me nervous but you quickly get used to it. I gave this to my father for a gift he loves it says it works perfect

Works nice. The only improvement I would make is to give it a front wheel for easier control.
