Phone format sucks. You can't find anything unless you look in the user manual, Witch it dues not come. with you have to download it off the internet. The memory of this device dues not hold a lot and it dues not transfer over apps to the micro sd card to free up space. Shipped to use with an old battery that had water damage. Great, affordable option when all you need is voice and text

Good phone works well

I ordered this as a back up phone and it has already come in handy. Nice little phone with an actual keyboard! Really like it as a back up or for my elderly parents who don't like the smart phones.
