Great value, fast service.

The controller was to my house in just a few days. I researched the different types of controller and decided this style was best for my application; Some short trips, but longer trips as well, and varying weight on the trailer. It plugs right in with the pigtail provided, theres a video on how to install (you tube) and it worked correctly right away and easily adjustable once you understand both of the settings. Bought this electronic brake controller for my suv with some hesitation as it is a manual adjustment vs a digital read out. After a quick lesson from the guy who installed it for me I have had no problem adjusting the braking for my camper. it helps i have a lot of guy friends who offered helpful tips. sometimes less is more!I'm very happy with this unit and the money i saved as digital units are more expensive. Works great,easy to adjust and install. I'd highly recommend this excat one for all towing! I had an electronic controller and it was awful!

Incomplete goods !!!

The controller is missing the mounting bracket ! Box was damaged & taped up. Price i paid was good. I have purchased these controllers before and work well.
Expected better.
