Toxic Charity is a book about how we contribute and get engaged with those who are less fortunate than most.

Older book and hard to find in print, was able to get a clean, used copy for a very reasonable price.

Very insightful things to think about. Are we really helping those through missionary work, or enabling them to continue not helping themselves.? All churches should read and consider this.
