BEST OF DVD RECORDERS
I have been a fan of Toshiba DVD recorders for a long time and over the past 25 years I have owned three units of the same series. It has been my experience that each unit lasts approximately 10 years of heavy use. Since they are not manufactured any longer, I had to buy them used among the many that are offered online. If you are into recording on DVD like me, I recommend this Toshiba line of DVD recorders but advise you to be very careful when buying a use one. Super great DVD recorder
I love this Toshiba D-R400 DVD recorder...the only thing I wish..is that it include a users manual. Its a bit complicated and a nice paperback owners manual would of helped

I hadn't tries the D-r410 before. I had only used Dr400. This dvd recorder was a pleasant surprise.

Perfect if You are not running Blue-Ray DVD. I am one of those few who doe not have to have the latest and the greatest. If you are too then unit is for you.
