Nice rack.
It was easy to install. It can be adjusted so that it stays level. It seems very solid.

Easy to install, very solid. I immediately put 20 pounds in each bag and went for a ride. No problems.

Not a secure way to attach it to the bar...
Not a secure way to attach it to the bars, will slide down when hitting rough surface. Need to put hose clamps underneath it so it can’t slide down.
