I guess it's a pretty basic and early version of a dedicated GPS. My google maps GPS on my phone has richer features and more detailed images. For basic navigation this seems fine. I've not used it much.Vollständige Rezension lesen

One of the worst TomToms I have owned.
I own and use several GPS units, mostly TomToms.
Had a Magellan...did not like it, gave it away.
Have a Garmin...don't like it and am going to give it away too.
My favorite GPS is my TomTom XXL which I use a lot and like. I also own 3 TomTom XL's which I use occasionaly.
My brother-in-law boutght a car and started driving so I got him a TomTom for his car, the cheapest I cud find was the
TomTom One so I got it for him. It is very difficult to program since the screen only works part time so have not used it.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Obsolete but good - like me :)
Happily replaced my even older model that had finally died after years of sporadic use and was able to do it economically.
Did not have to learn a new, more complex model.
This one does not play nice with the new TomTom update software package, but at a small fraction of the price of the new models, I was happy to acquire this one!Vollständige Rezension lesen

Replacement with all one needs
My second Tom Tom, as a replacement. The item is compact,and meets all of the needs I have for finding

If at first you don't succeed
The device did not function at first. I contacted Tomtom and they were able to guide me through the need software update. The device now works as advertised.

Satellites do not work on it.
GPS signals do not work at all on it. I have done all the manual said to do to get the signals to work with no luck. I would recommend not to buy it. It useless with no signal.

doesn't work
Thing does not work. Cant even get it to move off language screen. Tom Tom used to be good product, but no longer.
