TOMTOM GO 2535TM Mount

This item was received today (3-31-17) and,
it is already in use on my windshield. I don't know why I waited so long to get a replacement for my GPS. The one that came with my original unit was no longer adhering to the windshield and kept falling off. I was having to look down, away from the street/traffic, which I KNOW is dangerous or hold the GPS itself in my left hand while driving (another bad idea). I am extremely happy with my purchase and contemplating purchasing another as a backup. I would definitely recommend this item, in the case of a replacement for my particular GPS. One note I would recommend, however, remove the mount from the window if you are parked in direct sun as this could facilitate the adhesive to wear out faster.Vollständige Rezension lesen...

Direct OEM replacement.

My mount at the ball joint couldn't even support the weight of my TOmTOM anymore. Every 10 seconds the wife or I had to readjust it. It then became impossible to mount to the windshield, as the suction cup would no longer tighten.
This fixed all the problems, as it's a direct OEM replacement. Wish I'd have ordered sooner.

Decent sat nav system

Sometimes the sat nav takes a while to find a signal and in areas with tall buildings/skyscrapers it loses the signal all together. Otherwise a pretty intuitive and helpful piece of technology.

Perfect

The original mount had become loose so the screen kept drooping. No means to be able to tighten it. This replacement was perfect and very good value.

I have 2 GO 2535's and the windshield cups only last about a year

Can't use it.

Suction rubber is very hard and won't attach to the glass.

The little TOMTOM suction mount was a perfect replacement for an old one and at this price I bought an extra for my other car.

This is the best out of many GPS's that I have owned!

After reading specs I was doubtful it could perform all the functions shown without glitches, but I was very surprised. From the moment I turned it on, it was fantastic. Misleading Map information

I bought this thinking it included US, Canada, Mexico and Europe maps however I found out that is is not the case and it would cost an additional $60 to add Europe maps so beware!
